Celebrating Spirituality:
The Visit of Revered Swami Suhitananda Ji at Ramakrishna Mission Kalyani From June 25 to July 2, 2025, the Ramakrishna Mission Kalyani welcomed Revered Swami Suhitananda Ji Maharaj for a remarkable week filled with spiritual activities and enriching experiences. The visit highlighted the profound teachings of Swami Vivekananda and the ongoing efforts of the Ramakrishna Mission to uplift society through spiritual and educational initiatives.
Inauguration and Blessings:
The week began with a warm welcome on June 25, marking the inauguration of the second floor of Brahmananda Sadhu Niwas. On June 26, Revered Maharaj visited the renowned Sri Sri Hanseshwari Temple in Bansberia, further deepening the spiritual atmosphere of the occasion. A significant highlight was the inauguration of the renovated Sri Sri Ramakrishna Universal Prayer Hall on June 27, where Revered Swami Suhitananda Ji inaugurated the ceremony by arghya-nivedan to the Holy Trio, followed by a special puja and homa to reinstall the photo idols of Sri Sri Ma and Swami Ji Maharaj on a new throne. The day was marked by a notable speech on the "Significance of Ratha Yatra" delivered by Dr. Sk. Maqbool Islam, followed by a benediction speech by Swami Suhitananda Ji. The day also witnessed the distribution of the Swami Prabhananda Scholarship to fifteen deserving students and sarees to fifty needy mothers, in the spirit of the Mission's commitment to education and empowerment. Seventy-three sadhus of different surrounding centers of the Ramakrishna Order participated in the Sadhu Pujan. With participation from around three thousand devotees, the event radiated joy and devotion.
Intra-Faith Religious Conference:
On June 28, Five hundred devotees and volunteers attended the event. 23 saints from different faiths participated in the event. Keynote address by Sw. Tatwavidananda Ji, assistant general secretary of Ramakrishna Math and Mission, followed by speech on "Bhagavat Dharma" by Revered Bandhugourav Brahmachari, general secretary Mahanam sampradaya, followed by speech on "Sudha Bhakti and Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu" by Eminent scholar Shiharan Chakraborty, followed by speech on "Sanatan Bhabdharai Shaiba Matabad" by Br Rajib, Ramakrishna Mission Kalyani concluding first session. The second session started after Prasad's distribution with the speech by Swami Chandrakantananda Ji on "Contemporaneity of Shakta Parampara". Speech on "Sanatan Dharai Adivasi Samaj and Dharma" by Sri Panchugopal Hembrame, headmaster veer Sidhu Kanu High School. Speech on Vedanta and its practice by Swami Tattwasarananda Ji followed by a benediction speech at Dharmasabha by Revered Swami Suhitanandaji Maharaj.

1st July 2025: Visit to Barjaguli (Swami Ji's Padachinha). In the month of June 1902, Swami Vivekananda visited and stayed for a few days in the house of his disciple Srimati Mrinalini Basu named Swami Ji's Padachinha. Revered Swami then visited the old Jagannath Temple at Jashra, Chakdaha followed by a visit to Sri Ramakrishna Brahmananda Math(this math was established by Prabhat Chandra Guha, one of the disciples of Raja Maharaj)
