Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Ramakrishna Mission, Kalyani, reserves the right to refuse or cancel a donation towards the activities of the Mission under the following circumstances:
- The donor does not indicate the purpose of the donation.
- The donor does not provide their full name, address, and other contact details.
- The donor does not provide his PAN or Aadhar when donating an amount less than ₹ 10,000/-, or PAN when donating an amount of ₹ 10,000/- or above.
If a donor sends a donation but does not receive a confirmation message due to slow internet connectivity, bank server failure, or technical issues with the website, and later discovers that the money has been debited from their bank account, we kindly request that they contact us at kalyani@rkmm.org. Our team will promptly investigate the transaction status and provide an update on its progress.
If there is any mistake in donating to us, and the donor seeks a refund, they are requested to contact us at kalyani@rkmm.org or call us at 9875536709. Please provide your order number and state the reason for the refund within three days. We will process the refund accordingly.
Please Note:
- Refunds of donations will not be allowed if the Section 80G Donation Receipts have already been communicated/dispatched to the donor.
- All refund requests must be made by the donor or the credit card holder.
- Refund requests must include the name of the donor and/or transaction number.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
